1. Jurisdiction
   QUIZ4ME, its website, and operators are governed by the laws of Western Australia (WA).

2. Accuracy of Quiz Content
   QUIZ4ME uses its best endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all quiz material. However, if any question or answer is deemed ambiguous or incorrect, QUIZ4ME will not be held responsible for such errors. QUIZ4ME will not engage in disputes or negotiations arising from these issues.

3. Integrity of Quizzes and Final Decisions
   QUIZ4ME conducts quizzes with the utmost integrity, ensuring fairness in the material and the determination of winners based on accuracy and response speed. All decisions made by QUIZ4ME regarding winners are final and are not subject to dispute or negotiation.

4. Refund Policy
   Once a registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including a player’s failure to participate in the quiz for which they registered, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Account Security
   Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. QUIZ4ME accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player’s account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property on the QUIZ4ME platform, including content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to QUIZ4ME. Players must not use or reproduce this material in any way that infringes these rights.

7. Fair Play and Conduct
   QUIZ4ME quizzes are games of skill. Any use of external assistance, such as search engines, AI tools, automated scripts, or crowdsourcing, is prohibited. QUIZ4ME reserves the right to disqualify players suspected of such conduct, resulting in the forfeiture of fees or winnings and potential permanent banning from future participation.

Gameplay Information

How It Works

• Each quiz session requires a registration fee (AUD), detailed alongside the quiz category on the schedule page.

• Fees contribute to a prize pool, which increases as more participants join.

• Winners receive a portion of the prize pool via PayPal within 24 hours of the quiz’s conclusion.

Quiz Mechanics

• Questions are multiple-choice with four options, displayed for 5–10 seconds depending on their length.

• Winners are determined based on the highest number of correct answers. In a tie, response speed determines the winner.

How to Begin

• Register by completing the mandatory fields on the sign-up page, including a display name (inappropriate names will be invalidated).

• Optional fields allow players to represent their country, generation, or sports club for leaderboard grouping.

Scheduled Quizzes

• Live Quizzes: Comprising 40 questions, all players compete simultaneously. Rankings update after each round, and three winners are announced at the end.

• Elimination Quizzes: Players start with three lives, losing one for each incorrect answer. The last participant standing wins the prize.

• Randomised Quizzes: Players face unique sets of 30 questions. Five winners are announced per session, with prize pools growing dynamically.

Trial Quiz

New users can participate in a free trial quiz after registration to experience the platform.

Platform Features

• My Account: Track your quiz activity, including games played, victories, and performance metrics.

• Results Page: View detailed outcomes for all quizzes, including prizes won by you and other participants.

Privacy Policy

QUIZ4ME respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
